How can I make Purchase?

Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our collection online and click any item to view further information, before selecting a colour and size and adding to basket.  We request that you always log into your account before making a purchase although an alternative delivery address can be specified.  

Promotion Codes - these can be added in the Step 5- Order Confirmation section, this is in the area once you've viewed your basket and after selecting your shipping address.  The box for the promotion code appears below your cart items, the box will read 'Enter Promotion Code.  After you enter the code, click on apply the code.  We accept all major credit cards which are processed securely.  Any queries should be emailed to will@oneupgolf.co.uk.  An answer phone service is available outside these hours. 

How will goods be delivered?

We make every effort to deliver goods within 7 working days of receiving an order.  Should this not be possible we do our best to advise you and make contact with an update. Royal Mail currently delivers the vast majority of all of One Up Golf's parcels. 

We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if unsuitable.  Please return your purchase in its original condition with all labels within 30 days.  We recommend that you obtain adequate insurance and proof of posting as we do not take responsibility for parcels in transit from customers.  Refunds and exchanges may take up to 30 days.
