We are happy to refund your purchase if it is unsuitable. Please return your purchase in its original condition, completed with labels, and packaging where available within 30 days. Please include your order form, name, address, phone number, order number and reason for return. We recommend that you obtain insurance and proof of posting as we do not take responsibility for parcels in transit from customers.
Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service, nor do we provide pre-paid postage labels.
Items that are received not in their original condition i.e. outside of packaging, missing tags, labels etc. Will be subject to a £1.50 returns processing fee, per item.

Should you return an item, please allow up to 30 days for us to process the refund.
All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Please note, where items have been returned to One Up Golf from one of our couriers due to incorrect shipping details, or uncollected from delivery depots, this will incur a £3.00 non refundable carrier processing fee, as One Up Golf does not accept any responsibility where items are undelivered due to incorrect shipping details, or uncollected. Please note, we cannot refund outbound postage costs attributed to the above mentioned returned orders. If you request re-delivery, this will incur an additional postage charge.
