When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability and we reserve the right to alter and change stock levels and pricing.
Payment for your order will be taken at point of purchase.
One Up Golf accept most major credit and debit cards, however we DO NOT accept American Express.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All prices include VAT and are current at the time of going to press. However, we reserve the right to vary prices in response to any amendments to the current VAT rate.
We reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time.
We make every effort to deliver goods within 7 working days of receiving an order. Should this not be possible we will advise upon receipt of the order or make contact with an update. Delivery is free on all orders over £75.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if unsuitable. Please return your purchase in its original condition with all labels, and packaging where available within 30 days. We recommend that you obtain adequate insurance and proof of posting as we do not take responsibility for parcels in transit from customers. Refunds and exchanges may take up to 30 days.
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can. We will do our upmost to make the requested changes but cannot guarantee doing so as your order may already have been processed. If this should be the case, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures.
