Brand Ambassador Mary Thomson reviews the Pique Polo Shirt in Cream
Our Ambassador Mary Thomson reviewed the Pique Polo Shirt in Cream recently. Here’s what she had to say about it.
How versatile do you find the colour of the Polo Shirt? Are there any other colours that you would prefer to wear?
The colour is good. It goes with nearly everything, and I have worn it with a few different items. The other colours you provide give a good range already.
What is your opinion on the fabric? Do you find the fabric comfortable whilst wearing the garment?
I like the fabric. It is quite a fine pique and very comfortable to wear.
How do you feel about the trims used on the Polo Shirt? (e.g. buttons, collar, side vents)
The buttons suit the garment and I am great fan of side vents. I have no logo on this shirt, and like to see it.
How practical & comfortable was the Polo Shirt during your time spent wearing the garment?
It was all I expect from a shirt – comfortable and with no problems about riding up while it was worn.
How did you find the length of the Polo Shirt body & sleeves?
The length of both body and sleeves was good, although I find the sleeves just a bit wide (that could be because of my thin arms!).
Please describe the garment in your own words, also any changes or suggestions that you would make. Along with any details that you feel worked well.
This is a straightforward, no-nonsense garment which is comfortable to wear and is a good all round colour. The lightweight pique fabric suits warm days and with a slipover is adequate for less Summery days. The only change I would make is to the sleeves which as mentioned were a little bit wide and could bit slimmer.
