Brand Ambassador Reviews the Erin Stripe Polo Shirt

Our Brand Ambassador, Trisha Cheeseworth has kindly taken the time to review our Erin Stripe Polo Shirt. The polo shirt comes in cream, with purple contrasting stripes. It’s a pretty top, featuring a soft rib hem band and cuffs, available in sizes XS to XL for £42.

Here’s what Trisha had to say:

Do you like the rib hem band and cuffs? How did you find the fit in general and would you like to see any changes to the fit?

“I like this item very much, including the rib on the hem and cuffs. The fit is good and very comfortable to wear. I feel the fit does not need changing.”

Do you like the stripe colour? Are there any other colours that you would like to see? Would you like to see this style in a printed design or perhaps a single plain colour?

“I like the purple and cream stripes as it goes with other golf outfits. Apple green and cream would also match as well. A blue/cream and perhaps a rose or fuschia with cream might be popular. Equally, a plain colour would be good as long as it was a bright colour as blends tend to look dull when advertised.”

What are your thoughts on the fabric (i.e. weight, feel) and do you like the slight stretch achieved with the use of 5% elastane?

“I think the material will be suitable for spring or autumn wear, and the 5% stretch should enable it to hold its shape.”

We feel this garment is great for on and off the golf course, where did you wear yours? And, what did you wear it with?

“I am taking this garment on holiday tomorrow, and will wear it during the day both on the course and in the hotel. I will wear it with trousers or shorts depending on the weather!”

“This is a comfortable polo shirt with a good feel and fit. The flattering stripes make it easy to match with other golf kit.”

How do you feel after your game in this garment in terms of comfort and ease of movement?

“The garment is very easy to move in and the soft feel of the fabric makes it a good choice as single layer or over a sleeveless top on chilly days.”
