Brand Ambassador Reviews the Sleeveless Pique Blouson

Our Brand Ambassador Trisha Cheeseworth has kindly taken the time to review a new garment for us: our Sleeveless Pique Blouson, featuring a lovely new fabric which is comfortable and maintains a feminine look. Here is what Trisha thought of the garment:

This garment is Relaxed Fit without definition at the waist, would you have chosen this when browsing our catalogue, if not why not and how does it fit you?

“It is a long time since I have bought a blouson from you, and in the past I found the cotton rather heavy & it did not keep its shape well. I was delighted with this one though as it is a light material and is very comfortable to wear. I also like the colour.”

Do you like the hemband which is designed with comfort and modesty in mind? Did it remain in position on your swing?

“I did like the hemband and found it stayed in place well.”

Do you like the fabric i.e, weight, feel and texture? It is 95% Cotton with 5% Elastane for ease of movement.

“It was very hot weather when I wore the blouson and I found it light and comfortable to wear.”

Do you normally wear sleeveless tops? How did this fit around the armhole? And do they fit in with your Golf Club’s dress code?

“I do wear sleeveless tops and sometimes the material chafes around the armhole. However this blouson caused no problems at all. It also fits with the dress code of all the clubs that I normally play at.”

In brief, describe this garment in your own words.

“This blouson is a pretty colour and fits very comfortably keeping in place well through a golf swing. The slight ‘give’ and the soft texture of the material allows you to relax and get on with your game. I feel this style is very attractive and a useful addition to my wardrobe.”

How do you feel after your game in this garment in terms of comfort and ease of movement?

“I tried this blouson out on a very hot day and found it very comfortable to wear and move about in. I felt I still looked smart relaxing after my round and felt that the garment had dealt well with the heat off my body.
